The ambition of the Vi Natural project is to bring together winegrowers who share principles as important as the defense of biodiversity or the desire to produce natural wines without artifice. Today, there are more than a dozen producers represented with paths as different as their sensitivity, it is the richness of the project. There is no competition or rivalry, the structure is horizontal and beneficial to all. Cup de la Muntanya is a five-hectare vineyard and a winery that has been producing natural wines in the village of Planes since 2016. Inland Alicante has remained very agricultural, the family lands of vines (Grenache, Carbernet, Viognier) but also fruit trees and olive trees are located around the village. It is with Hilari that we have collaborated since the beginning, her availability is exemplary but we do not abuse it. The oenologist is French and produces still white and red wines. The only deviation he allows himself is the use of Bentonite, a natural clay that clarifies and stabilizes white wine.

L'ambition du projet Vi Natural est de regrouper des vignerons qui partagent des principes aussi importants que la défense de la biodiversité ou la volonté de produire des vins naturels sans artifices. Aujourd'hui, ce sont plus d'une douzaine de producteurs représentés avec des parcours aussi différents que leur sensibilité, c'est la richesse du projet. Il n'y a aucune compétition ni rivalité, la structure est horizontale et bénéficiaire à tous.

Cup de la Muntanya est un vignoble de cinq hectares et un chai qui produit des vins naturels au village de Planes depuis 2016. L'Alicante intérieur est resté très agricole, les terres familiales de vignes (Grenache, Carbernet, Viognier) mais aussi de fruitiers et d'oliviers sont situées autour du village. C'est avec Hilari que nous collaborons depuis le début, sa disponibilité est exemplaire mais nous n'en abusons pas.

L’œnologue est français et élabore vins blancs et rouges tranquilles. Le seul écart qu'il se permet est l'usage de Bentonite, une argile naturelle qui clarifie et stabilise le vin blanc.
