THE DOMAIN: The Domaine Les Vins de Lavie is located southeast of Ain, in the heart of Bugey. We operate 1.5 ha of vines in the municipalities of Parves and Belley. Certified in organic farming, we also practice biodynamics with particular attention to the influence of the moon. Our work philosophy is to consider the work of the vine as a whole: the soil, the plant, the climatology, the influence of the stars, biodiversity and the animal (horse traction, sheep, geese, chickens are present within of our vines). In order to reduce our impact on the environment we try to reduce copper and sulfur in the vineyard as much as possible by using manure, essential oils, herbal teas and decoctions from various plants. VINIFICATION: From manual harvest. We try to intervene as little as possible in order to give the grape variety and the terroir all the room to express themselves. We vinify without inputs and following the lunar calendar during the manipulations. Sulphiting 2g / hl at bottling.

LE DOMAINE : Le Domaine Les Vins de Lavie se situe au sud-est de l’Ain, au cœur du Bugey. Nous exploitons 1,5 ha de vignes sur les communes de Parves et de Belley. Certifié en agriculture Bio nous pratiquons aussi la biodynamie avec une attention particulière à l’influence de la lune. 
Notre philosophie de travail est de considérer le travail de la vigne dans son ensemble : le sol, la plante, la climatologie, l’influence des astres, la biodiversité et l’animal (traction équine, moutons, oies, poules sont présent au sein de nos vignes).
Afin de réduire notre impact sur l’environnement nous essayons de réduire au maximum le cuivre et le souffre à la vigne en utilisant des purins, des huiles essentielles, des tisanes et décoctions de diverses plantes.
VINIFICATION: Issu de vendange manuelle. Nous essayons d’intervenir le moins possible afin de laisser au cépage et au terroir toute la place de s’exprimer. Nous vinifions sans intrants et en suivant le calendrier lunaire lors des manipulations. Sulfitage 2g/hl à la mise en bouteille.
