Scattered winegrower, the first vinificators were housed in Limouxin, then in a cellar located in Treilles for 2020, now it is in the town of Tautavel, in an isolated Mas that the wines are made. The parcels of Muscat Petit Grain, Grenache and Mourvèdre are located in Treilles, in the Combe des Corbières, and a parcel of Old Carignan in the far east of the Minervois on marl-limestone and schist soils. The two and a half hectares of vines are worked mainly with a pickaxe, and a few claws if the tool is willing to start. The size is in goblet and Royat cord. Plantations can be made in the inter-rows, otherwise they are just mowed. The treatments are sulphur, copper in doses well below the maximum authorized in organic farming, and various plants, such as nettle, horsetail, burdock, orange essence, etc. I am at my third year of contract with ECOCERT, but the vines have been worked like this since 2016 and 2017, the dates on which I took them.

Vigneron éparpillé, les premières vinifs étaient hébergées dans le Limouxin, puis dans une cave située à Treilles pour 2020, maintenant c'est sur la commune de Tautavel, dans un Mas isolé que les vins s'élaborent. Les parcelles de Muscat petit grain, de Grenache et de Mourvèdre sont situées à Treilles, dans la combe des corbières, et une parcelle de vieux carignan à l'extrême Est du Minervois sur des sols marno-calcaires et schisteux.

Les deux hectares et demi de vigne est travaillée surtout à la pioche, et quelques passages de griffes si l’outil veut bien démarré. La taille est en gobelet et cordon de Royat. Des plantations peuvent être faites dans les inter-rangs, sinon ils sont juste fauchés. Les traitements sont du souffre, du cuivre en doses très en dessous des maximum autorisé en agriculture biologique, et différentes plantes, comme l’ortie, le prêle, la bardane, l’essence d’orange etc.. J’en suis à ma troisième année de contrat avec ECOCERT, mais les vignes sont travaillées ainsi depuis 2016 et 2017, dates à laquelle je les ai prise.
