The domain Since 2013, I have cultivated 4.80ha of vines with respect for the living, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The vines are located in Aspiran, just south of Clermont l'Hérault. The vines The vines are 25 to 80 years old and are mostly planted in goblets. The grape variety is made up of traditional Languedoc grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault for the reds; white grenache and bourret terret for the whites. Vinification The harvest is manual and the grapes are brought back to the cellars in crates. They are vatted by hand after destemming. The grapes ferment naturally and slowly and then are aged in vats.
