Estate installed in 2011 with 1.5ha of vines, then increased to 3ha in 2012. The vines are worked by animal traction. The cultivation method is Ecocert certified organic. The wines are vinified without any input The vines are located in Vaudanoux near St Maurice d'Ibie, everything is on hillsides on clay-limestone soil. The reds are vinified in semi-carbonic then aged in barrels and the whites are pressed directly then vinified and aged in barrels
