In the vineyard I kept part of the apiaries I had when I was also a Certified Organic beekeeper, hence the choice of not wanting to certify myself anymore as the rules of the plains are totally distant from the work in the mountains that we do. The harvest is done manually in small baskets, and the grapes are taken to the cellar where they are pressed and placed in the various containers for fermentation, which takes place naturally with indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Only in the decanting a small quantity of Sulfur is added. The company does not have any type of certification as I do not believe in certification bodies. The company has a tractor and a cableway for transporting grapes. I produce nr. 4 labels all from red berry Chiavennasca grape. I do my work only in a manual and natural way both in my vineyards and in my cellar, because I strongly believe that the Earth and Man are a single dimension and the Principle at the basis of what I am, and what I do is : full and total respect for nature.

La mia azienda si trova in Valtellina nel Comune di Castione Andevenno (So)
L’azienda è di circa 9 ettari, dei quali 3,5 ha sono Vitati, il vitigno è la Chiavennasca(Nebbiolo).
I vigneti si trovano a varie quote altimetriche da 350 mt slm a 700 mt. slm.
I trattamenti che vengono svolti manualmente con canne di varie lunghezze, in stagione estiva utilizzando solamente Rame, Zolfo e Zeolite.
Non utilizzo assolutamente nessun tipo di disseccante, l’erba viene tagliata manualmente con dei decespugliatori e con ausilio dove è possibile di piccole trince.
La concimazione con letame.
In Vigna ho mantenuto parte degli apiari che avevo quando facevo anche l’apicultore Certificato Biologico, da qui la scelta poi di non volermi più certificare in quanto le regole di pianura sono totalmente distanti dal lavoro in Montagna che facciamo noi.
IL Raccolto viene fatto manualmente in piccole ceste, e l’uva viene portata in cantina dove viene pigiata e disposta nei vari contenitori per la fermentazione, che avviene in modo naturale con lieviti autoctoni senza aggiunta di Solforosa.
Solo nei travasi viene aggiunta una piccola quantità di Solforosa.
L’azienda non ha nessun tipo di certificazione in quanto non credo negli enti certificatori. L’azienda ha un trattore e una teleferica per il trasporto dell’uva.
Produco nr. 4 etichette tutte da bacca rossa
Vitigno Chiavennasca.
Svolgo il lavoro solo in modo manuale e Naturale sia nei miei vigneti, che nella mia cantina, perché credo fortemente che la Terra e l’Uomo siano un’unica dimensione e il Principio alla base di quello che sono, e di quello che faccio è:
