Terra di Rovo was born from the strong bond that has always bound me to my land - the Spoletino -, an extraordinary landscape made of unspoilt and wild nature, fascinating for its varied biodiversity. A very small plot of land of 3 hectares: a silent and green place that excites and surprises at the same time, where I dedicate myself to the production of natural Umbrian wines and rigorously organic extra virgin olive oil. I am dedicated to creating natural wines with minimal intervention from sustainably grown grapes, allowing the biodiversity of our vineyard to play its natural role. Respecting the laws of nature, our harvest and winemaking process follow the lunar calendar. The end result is an authentic wine, with spontaneous and unfiltered fermentation and an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil. Every year the vineyard - made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Trebbiano Spoletino vines - and the centuries-old olive grove of Moraiolo and Leccino are left free to express themselves and give away the most wonderful things they can produce.

<p>Terra di Rovo nasce dal forte legame che da sempre mi lega alla mia terra &ndash; lo Spoletino &ndash; , uno straordinario paesaggio fatto di natura incontaminata e selvaggia, affascinante per la sua variegata biodiversità. Un piccolissimo appezzamento di terreno di 3 ettari: un luogo silenzioso e ammantato di verde che emoziona e allo stesso tempo sorprende, dove mi dedico alla produzione di vini naturali dell&rsquo;Umbria e olio extra vergine rigorosamente biologico. Mi dedico alla creazione di vini naturali con interventi minimi da uve coltivate in modo sostenibile, consentendo alla biodiversità del nostro vigneto di svolgere il suo ruolo naturale. Rispettando le leggi della natura, la nostra vendemmia e il processo di vinificazione seguono il calendario lunare. Il risultato finale è un vino autentico, con fermentazione spontanea e non filtrato ed un olio extra vergine di oliva biologico di eccellenza. Ogni anno il vigneto &ndash; composto da vitigni di Cabernet Sauvignon e Trebbiano Spoletino &ndash; e l&rsquo;uliveto secolare di Moraiolo e Leccino sono lasciati liberi di esprimersi e regalare ciò che di più meraviglioso riescono a produrre.</p>
