The Hautes Terres are located in Roquetaillade, in the Upper Aude Valley in the Limoux appellation, at the foot of the Pyrenees. The estate is made up of small plots, totaling 12 ha of vines, sailing between 350 and 600 meters above sea level covering all the terroirs of Roquetaillade. There are two main ones: In the east, the terroir with a Mediterranean tendency is favorable to the reds, in the south and west, the deep clay-limestones and the altitude allow the whites to express all their minerality and liveliness. . The vines have been worked in organic farming since the creation in 2000. Surrounded by woods, scrubland, flowery fallow land and small bat houses promoting biodiversity. In the cellar, nature takes back its rights, nervous whites, fine bubbles, tense reds…. we are in the Upper Aude Valley!
