Domaine Sauveterre

The vineyard of the estate is spread over different municipalities: 1.70 ha on Montbellet 0.50ha on Vire and 1.50ha in the municipality of Leynes (Beaujolais.) The soils are worked mechanically, use of herbal tea in addition and revitalization of the soil by compost teas. The vinification is done without any inputs, time works for us!
