I have been farming a 1/2 ha vineyard in the Lyon hills since April 2021 located in the town of Brinbdas. The vine is in the first year of AB conversion. This year were used copper and sulfur for the fight against fungal diseases, as well as decoctions of horsetail and whey (organic). Treatments are done by hand with a manual spray wheelbarrow. Mowing is done with a rotofil. He there is no tractor, no tillage. These are old goblet gamay vines. The rotofil is the only “motorized” element in the field. The grapes are vinified in the cellar of Lyon. The urban cellar "La Têtue" is located in the center of Lyon. You can fill your bottle directly from the vat, with local organic and natural wines (all grapes come from vines located less than 40km from the cellar). It is the first urban cellar to offer a short, local, organic, qualitative and bulk wine circuit.
