It is with the energy of our passion that we grow the vine, and our wines are the result of our work: without any artifice, without any inputs or sulphites ... live wines! We are located 16 km west of Roanne (Loire 42) and we have a total of 8 hectares of vineyards located at 400m above sea level on sandy granitic soil, ideal for our grape king Gamay! But we also have 1ha of Chardonnay and 1 ha of Pinot Noir. In the vineyard: We carry out passages of "Horn dung" from February to April and according to the year, we make several passages of silica in July (early veraison) to strengthen the photosynthesis of the plant, which plays an important role for the taste and aroma of grapes. We use local plants such as nettle and comfrey to feed the vines with minerals. We work the soil only under the row and the inter-row is grassed naturally: no plowing but use a "roller faca" to roll the grass to protect the soil from climatic aggressions such as thunderstorms, the heat wave , the gel ... This is to multiply the microbial life of the soil and favor the local fauna and flora. We seek to strengthen the vine with plants and our preparations to fight against diseases and pests on our own. We are certified organic since 2011 by Ecocert. And wine ... As for winemaking, it respects work upstream: our wines are vinified, aged and bottled without any input or additives (such as sugar, industrial yeasts, sulphites, sugar, nitrogen, tartaric acid .... and the list is long ... !!) The climatic vagaries of recent years have made us decide to buy a few grapes that we chose exclusively in organic from our friends winemakers.

C'est avec l’énergie de notre passion que nous cultivons la vigne, et nos vins sont le résultat de notre travail : sans aucun artifice, sans aucun intrants ni sulfites...des vins vivants ! Nous sommes situé a 16 kms de l'Ouest de Roanne (Loire 42) et nous avons au total 8 hectares de vignes situé a 400m d'altitude sur un sol granitique sableux, idéal pour notre cépage roi le Gamay ! Mais nous avons aussi 1ha de Chardonnay et 1 ha de pinot noir. A la vigne : Nous réalisons des passages de « Bouse de corne » de février à avril et en fonction de l'année, nous faisons plusieurs passages de silice en juillet (en début véraison) pour renforcer la photosynthèse de la plante, ce qui joue un rôle important pour le goût et les arômes des raisins. Nous utilisation les plantes locales tels que l’ortie et la consoude afin d'alimenter les vignes en minéraux. Nous travaillons le sol uniquement sous le rang et l’inter-rang est enherbé naturellement : pas de labour mais utilisation d'un « rouleau faca » pour rouler l'herbe afin de protéger le sol des agressions climatiques tels que les orages, la canicule, le gel... Ceci afin de multiplier la vie microbienne du sol et de favoriser la faune et la flore locale. Nous cherchons à renforcer la vigne avec les plantes et nos préparations pour arriver à lutter contre les maladies et ravageurs par nos propres moyens. Nous sommes labellisés bio depuis 2011 par Ecocert. Et le vin... Quant à la vinification, elle respecte le travail en amont : nos vins sont vinifiés, élevé et mis en bouteille sans aucun intrant, ni additif (tels que sucre, levures industrielles, sulfites, sucre, azote, acide tartrique....et la liste est longue ... !!) Les aléas climatiques des dernières années nous ont fait prendre la décision d'acheter un peu de raisins que l'on choisi exclusivemeent en Bio auprès de nos amis vignerons.
