Native yeasts with seeding per stock, no oenological products, no fining, no filtration. Slight addition of sulfur to the mixture (less than 20mg/l)

And my philosophy extends to the dry matter, to have the lowest possible carbon impact: No aluminum capsule, natural cork stopper on the entire range, returnable bottle, paper label, solvent-free glue, recycled cardboard and recyclable.
