We are a small artisan winery, located between Barbaresco and Roero, made up of two friends full of passion, we have 3 hectares from which we produce about 15,000 bottles. Gabriele works the vines following the rhythms of the biodynamic calendar, we carry out the strictly necessary treatments using only copper and mine sulfur while in summer infusions of herbs and honey. We adopt the practice of green manure. Harvest strictly by hand. Stefano works in the cellar with spontaneous fermentations, no extraneous additives to the wine to extract its maximum finesse, the wines are refined in wooden and concrete barrels, the bottling takes place by gravity without clarification or filtration.
