The Equilibrists are a place where perspectives, opinions, thoughts and experiences are widely SHARED. MANIFEST: * GROW vines in organic farming * HIGHLIGHTING the grape varieties most linked to their terroir * PROMOTE mass selections of the vines * MAKE SOILS BREATHE and "enrich" them * PRACTICE biodynamics * VINIFY exclusively with indigenous yeasts * DO NOT USE corrective products * CHOOSE neutral and porous containers for aging wines * MINIMIZE the doses of sulfur (objective <40 mg) ORIGIN: Francois, restaurateur and wine wholesaler in Paris, has been used since 2010 to help Florent, winemaker and manager of vineyards in different regions, with the harvest and vinification. In 2015, they set up this collective with the same desire to decompartmentalize the world of wine and develop vintages with great human richness and the maximum amount of sharing. Because the wines that appeal to them are those made on the grain, airy, elegant, with a minimum of security but a lot of “coolness”, they choose to name the collective “LES ÉQUILIBRISTES”. ORIGINE:

Francois, restaurateur et grossiste en vin à Paris, prend l’habitude depuis 2010 d’aider Florent, vigneron et responsable de vignobles dans différentes régions, pour les vendanges et les vinifications.
En 2015, ils montent ce collectif avec cette même envie de décloisonner le monde du vin et d’élaborer des cuvées avec une grande richesse humaine et le maximum de partages.
Parce que les vins qui leurs parlent sont ceux élaborés sur le fil, aériens, élégants, avec le minimum de sécurité mais beaucoup de « sang froid », ils choisissent de nommer le collectif "LES ÉQUILIBRISTES".
