Un vin de macération parfaitement équilibré. Macération « courte », jolie acidité et fraîcheur. Nous avons beaucoup aimé !
Nouvelle découverte pour moi du côté transalpin. Belle macération bien maîtrisée qui laisse beaucoup de fraîcheur et de vie à ce vin. Une aromatique riche mêlant abricot, coing, pomme très mûre et une touche de miel. Une bouche ample et tendre mais sans sucrosité et avec un très beau relief d'acidité vient compléter ce beau tableau qui pourra accompagner et inspirer une multitude de plats.
very dry, yes was subtle flavor of apples and nectarines. made in one of the most northern parts of italy that is known for orange wine do it has very similar qualities. awesomely cloudy and unfiltered! overall highly recommend this fantastic wine

Spiced and a hint of cantaloupe. Gorgeous and dry. A good equilibrium between tannins and acidity.

Il Jakot di Terpin, ovvero il suo 100% Friulano (Tocaj). Riflessi di un tramonto di piena estate, leggera volatile al naso e poi limone, zenzero e cedro candito in bocca. La cifra di questo calice e’ stata una bellissima acidità, marcata ma mai aggressiva e che l’ha sostenuto donandogli gran freschezza ed un finale lungo con chiusura su note di mandorla

Unfiltered murky orange with about 20 hours of skin contact. Takes a little while to open up, but when it does you get notes of orchard fruit (pear, white flowers and a slight nuttiness). 3.8/5
Fantastic mineral orange wine! Smokey with taste of apricots. Perfect with shellfish dishes and fish soups!
