Ours is a new winery, first vintage bottled 2016, we are concentrated on the production and vinification of grapes with sustainable methods that have little impact on the ecosystem. Our goal is to improve the health of the soil and preserve the landscape. The wines reflect our agronomic activity, they come from native vines and do not conform to the market while maintaining characteristics of cleanliness and elegance. We are in Tempio Pausania, the historical “capital” of Gallura at 500 meters above sea level. We produce Vermentino and Moscato which we use for our white wines, Caricagiola, Pascale and other native vines for red wines, which have particular and “unusual” characteristics for Sardinia. Our wines have a low alcohol content, marked freshness and soft but intense colors: they are "mountain" wines. Fermentations take place exclusively with autochthonous / indigenous yeasts guaranteeing ours particular stylistic stamp.
