Wine growers since 1986, we live our profession as we understand the living: in a way connected to the sensitive world, in spirit and in conscience, to accomplish our work with respect for being and nature. We have decided to be a force for change and to make things happen. We have made the choice to cultivate the vines organically since 2009 and switched to biodynamics in 2017. We wanted to orient our existence towards the sensitive world and make the choice to live an inspired life every day and to be in harmony with the creative force of the universe. This vision allows us to re-enchant our daily life: to be in spirit with matter is in a way to connect with the sacred. By giving meaning to each gesture made, to each creative thought, we rehabilitate the imagination, awaken our consciousness, and thus connect our soul to the soul of the world ... Our vines are cultivated in a lyre with permanent grass, in addition to the Demeter Biological and Biodynamic label. We attach great importance to the accompaniment of the most respectful of our vines, of our wines to the cellar, and of course of the vinification. Stones raised in the hillsides, sacred music in our cellars, the names of specific vats and cuvées help to reinforce our intentions, which our wines carry. We are harvesting owners over an area of 12 ha in an IGP Coteaux de Coiffy appellation, in Haute-Marne, of only 30 ha. Located between the Langres plateau and the foothills of the Vosges, we benefit from a rare microclimate at the limit of the watershed (Source of the Meuse / Source of the Saône). Steep hills surround our village, located at an altitude of 400 m. Our terroir with character clayey dominant with outcrops of "blue Marne" without limestone, bears no resemblance to other vineyards.

Viticulteurs depuis 1986, nous vivons notre métier comme nous appréhendons le vivant : de manière
connectée au monde sensible, en esprit et en conscience, pour accomplir notre travail dans le respect de l’être et de la nature. Nous avons décidé d’être force de changement et de faire évoluer les choses. Nous avons fait le choix de cultiver la vigne en bio depuis 2009 et sommes passés en biodynamie en 2017.

Nous avons souhaité orienter notre existence vers le monde sensible et faisons le choix de vivre chaque jour une vie inspirée et d’être en harmonie avec la force créatrice de l’univers. Cette vision nous permet de ré-enchanter notre quotidien : être en esprit avec la matière, c’est en quelque sorte se relier au sacré. En donnant un sens à chaque geste effectué, à chaque pensée créatrice, nous réhabilitons l’imaginaire, éveillons notre conscience, et ainsi relions notre âme à l’âme du monde...

Nos vignes sont conduites en lyre avec en herbement permanent, en plus du label Biologique et Biodynamie Demeter. Nous attachons une grande importance à l’accompagnement des plus respectueux de nos vignes, de nos vins jusqu’au chai, et bien entendu de la vinification. Des pierres redressées dans les coteaux, des musiques sacrées dans nos chais, des noms de cuves et de cuvées spécifiques contribuent à conforter nos intentions dont nos vins sont porteurs.

Nous sommes propriétaires récoltants sur une superficie de 12 ha dans une appellation IGP Coteaux de Coiffy, en Haute-Marne, de seulement 30 Ha.

Situés entre le plateau de Langres et les contreforts des Vosges, nous bénéficions d’un rare microclimat à la limite du partage des eaux (Source de la Meuse/Source de la Saône).

Des coteaux abrupts entourent notre village, situés à 400 m d’altitude. Notre terroir à caractère
argileux dominant avec des affleurements de « Marne bleue » sans calcaire, n’offre aucune ressemblance à d’autres vignobles.
