Around the Château de la Selve, a 13th century family residence located in the south of the Ardèche, the estate's vines extend over a mosaic of different terroirs over 40 hectares. In the vineyards, our objective is to promote the life of the soil and the natural defenses of the vine thanks to organic and biodynamic work. In the cellar, we adopt a minimal interventionist approach by naturally accompanying the wine during vinification (natural and spontaneous fermentations and no oenological inputs except homeopathic dose of S02)
