2 Ha estate located in Las Villuercas, province of Cáceres (Spain). 50-year-old vines cultivated without any treatment, only a tractor, short pruning in winter and fruiting in spring. The harvest takes place in August when the fruit is ripe. Healthy grapes are manually selected. About 2000 liters are harvested. In the winery, located next to the vineyards, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts is prioritized, without any intervention, in stainless steel tanks.
