Passionate winegrower working the 8 hectares of vines of my ancestors in Beaujolais, aware of the importance of preserving our quality terroir. I am looking for explore the different methods allowing us to move towards sustainable agriculture, grass cover, agroforestry and the care of plants by plants promotes biodiversity. and maintain the virtuous circle of nature, the grapes obtained will be healthy and balanced and the vinification stage facilitated; we practice semi-carbonic Beaujolaise maceration with native yeasts with little intervention. Extraction is done by extending the maceration time; the wines are decanted naturally without filtration before being bottled by us.
Our wines are all organic and without any inputs or sulphites
