Ottimo. Rifermentato in bottiglia. Moscato. Secco. Pompelmo e litchi al naso. Sapido, bella acidità. Bollicine morbide.
Giallo paglierino. Olfatto intenso, floreale, fruttato, minerale, speziato. Mughetto, lavanda ,pesca bianca, bergamotto, scorza di limone, nota di cherosene, pepe, salvia. In bocca l'asprezza ed il succo del melograno, calore e senso tattile sulla lingua spinoso, coinvolgente. Selvaggio, sapidità persistente. Ce ne vorrebbero due bottiglie ed invece è una 😆.
