Our small 2 hectare estate, located in AOC Arbois, has been cultivated in agrobiology since its creation. We want to obtain very healthy grapes that require little intervention in the cellar.
A living soil and a balanced and healthy plant are our two essential axes of work.
Our grapes are harvested by hand, the wines raised on indigenous yeasts and without chaptalisation. The wines are neither fined nor filtered.
Sulfur can be used, depending on the needs of each wine.
Our goal is to obtain wines that respect Arbois terroirs and express their minerality.
