In Rogljevo in Serbia, in completely preserved nature, we produce organic and natural wines on one of the largest terroirs in the Balkans. Originally from Burgundy, it was in 2008 that we settled in this thousand-year-old wine village made up of 300 limestone cellars with characteristic arched doors. Very old vines awaited us, a little cultivated, a little abandoned. Their rebirth has been close to our hearts for many years. Today, we produce on 5 ha different native and European grape varieties (Vranac, Prokupac, Tamjanika, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Blaufrankisch). Our philosophy: Optimally support the maturity of our grapes on our limestone terroirs and raise wines in a simple and natural way without any addition other than very low doses of SO2 (between 15 and 30 mg/l) but also with vintages without any sulphite added. We believe that this way the magnificent Rogljevo Terroir is best expressed. The wines always offer a sensation of maturity well balanced by a very fresh and mineral finish, whether in white or red.

A Rogljevo en Serbie, dans une nature complètement préservée, nous produisons des vins biologiques et naturels sur un des plus grands terroirs des Balkans.

Originaires de Bourgogne, c'est en 2008 que nous nous sommes installés dans ce village viticole millénaire composé de 300 chais en pierres calcaires et  aux porte voutées si caractéristiques. 
De très vieilles vignes nous attendaient, un peu cultivées, un peu abandonnées. Leur renaissance nous a tenu à cœur pendant de nombreuses années.

Aujourd'hui, nous produisons sur 5 ha différents cépages autochtones et européens (Vranac, Prokupac, Tamjanika, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir et Blaufrankisch).

Notre philosophie : 
Accompagner à son optimum la maturité de nos raisins sur nos terroirs calcaires et élever des vins de façon simple et naturelle sans aucun ajout autre que des doses très faible de SO2 (entre 15 et 30 mg/l) mais aussi avec des cuvées sans aucun sulfite ajouté. 
Nous pensons qu'ainsi le magnifique Terroir de Rogljevo s'exprime le mieux. Les vins offrent toujours une sensation de maturité bien balancée par une finale très fraîche et minérale, que ce soit en blanc ou en rouge.
