Located on the heights of Brem sur Mer, the 15 ha estate is located in a preserved natural environment. The vines, deeply rooted in rocky land (shale, granite, quartz) are perpetually swept by sea winds from the ocean. Our wines are thus characterized by their mineral character with a slightly saline finish, giving a lot of freshness to the wines. The significant brightness of the seaside is perfect for our grape varieties. Chenin (called Franc blanc on Brem) and Pinot Noir express themselves with finesse and elegance. The Estate is in conversion to natural agriculture. The goal is to find a real balance of life between the vine and everything around it; the earth, insects, animals, and all the fauna evolving in the ground. The bet is that a vine evolving in harmony in a natural space, manages to live in good health and to give quality grapes which, in turn, will allow to obtain, by a refined but rigorous vinification, great generous wines and honest.

Situé sur les hauts de Brem sur Mer, le domaine de 15 ha est situé dans un environnement naturel préservé. 
Les vignes, profondément enracinées dans des terres rocailleuses (schiste, granit, quartz) sont perpétuellement balayées par les vents marins venant de l'océan.
 Nos vins se caractérisent ainsi par leur caractère minéral avec une finale légèrement saline, donnant beaucoup de fraîcheur aux vins. La luminosité importante du bord de mer convient parfaitement à nos cépages. Le Chenin (appelé Franc blanc sur Brem) et le Pinot Noir s'expriment ainsi avec finesse et élégance. 
Le Domaine est en conversion vers une agriculture naturelle. Le but étant de trouver un vrai équilibre de vie entre la vigne et tout ce qui l'entoure; la terre, les insectes, les animaux, et toute la faune évoluant dans le sol. Le pari est qu'une vigne évoluant en harmonie dans un espace naturel, arrive à vivre en bonne santé et à donner des raisins de qualité qui, à leur tour, permettront d'obtenir, par une vinification épurée mais rigoureuse, de grands vins généreux et honnêtes.
