Winemaker Harvesting from father to son for several generations, we operate an area of 6 hectares 50. This small area allows us to better follow the plots and to vinify with great care all the grape varieties. Most of our wines come from old plots to give them maximum character and complexity thanks to the roots which draw their resources from the depths of the terroir. From the vineyard… to the cellar… to the bottle, all our wines are aged in our family property in DAMBACH LA VILLE on the main road between the 2 fortified gates. Since my installation in 2010 we have practiced organic farming without weedkillers or chemical fertilizers while respecting the earth and the environment. The soil of our vines is energized by plowing the rows, alternating with natural grass cover. The plowing of the rows allows a deeper implantation of the roots which gives the wine aromatic complexity and minerality. Our wines are produced by long pressing at low pressure to extract the maximum aromas from the grapes and the juice is fermented in our ancestral cellar thanks to the naturally present yeasts.

Vigneron Récoltant de père en Fils depuis plusieurs générations, nous exploitons une surface de 6 hectares 50. Cette petite surface nous permet un meilleur suivi des parcelles et de vinifier avec le plus grand soin l’ensemble des cépages. La plupart de nos vins sont issus de vieilles parcelles pour leur donner un maximum de caractère et de complexité grâce aux racines qui puisent leurs ressources  au plus profond du terroir. De la vigne…à la cave….à la bouteille, tous nos vins sont élevés dans notre propriété familiale de DAMBACH LA VILLE sur la route principale entre les 2 portes fortifiées.

Depuis mon installation en 2010  nous pratiquons une agriculture biologique sans désherbant ni engrais chimiques  dans le respect de la terre et de l’environnement. Le sol de nos vignes est dynamisé grâce aux labours des rangs, en alternance avec de l’enherbement naturel. Le labour des rangs permet une implantation plus profonde des racines ce qui confèrent au vin de la complexité aromatique et de la minéralité.

Nos vins sont issus d’un pressurage long à basse pression pour extraire au maximum les arômes du raisin puis le jus est fermenté dans notre cave ancestral grâce aux levures naturellement présentes.
