We are Emma and Fredy, a Franco-Argentinian couple, arrived from Mendoza where we have a family project of natural and organic wines, in the Valle de Uco region. We arrived in Toro, Castilla-y-León, in 2021 to continue the adventure of the Astronauts in Spain. Very inspired by the “Slow” philosophy, our objective is to produce healthy and good wines, naturally. Less is more! Our grapes come from organic farming, respectful of the environment, without the addition of chemicals. It is for us a commitment with Nature. The harvest is carried out manually and we work in a minimally interventionist manner. The fermentations are done with native yeasts naturally present in the vineyard. Our production is limited. According to the Association of Natural Wine Producers of Spain, a natural wine is the result of a faithful reflection of the land from which the wine is born, in order to obtain maximum expression from the grape. “We say what we do and we do what we say”

Nous sommes Emma et Fredy, un couple franco-argentin, arrivés de Mendoza où nous avons un projet familial de vins naturels et bio, dans la région du Valle de Uco. 
Nous sommes arrivés à Toro, Castilla-y-León, en 2021 pour continuer l’aventure des Astronautes en Espagne.

Très inspirés par la philosophie “Slow”, notre objectif est de produire des vins sains et bons, naturellement. Less is more!

Nos raisins sont issus d’une agriculture biologique, respectueuse de l’environnement, sans ajout de produits chimiques. Il s’agit pour nous d’un engagement avec la Nature.
Les vendanges sont réalisées manuellement et nous travaillons de manière peu interventionniste. Les fermentations se font avec les levures indigènes naturellement présentes dans le vignoble. Notre production est limitée.

Selon l’Association des Producteurs de Vins Naturels d’Espagne, un vin naturel est le résultat d’un fidèle reflet de la terre d’où nait le vin, afin d’obtenir une expression maximale du raisin.
