Excellent! Notes légèrement oxydées et miellés aussi bien au nez qu’en bouche. Jolie expression fruitée (abricot mûr). Très rond en bouche et présence tannique subtile, apportant du caractère et de la structure... à consommer sans modération!
A gauche le 2018 qui va sortir bientot: ananas, Mangue, fraîcheur À droite le 2017: pain d'épice, noisette, complexité
Wow! Serious business, this orange wine from lovely Provence. Roussanne, rolle, chardo and muscat a petits grains, 20 days of maceration. Dry as a bone, very well structured, smooth tannins with a little rough edge, and very complex aromas. I smell red flowers and medicine cabinets, dried apricots and hay. Wonderful concentration, great strength. Skin maceration is really a wonderful way to express the Provence terroir. Please, other Provence winemakers, give it a go! At Daxivin, Amsterdam
