We took over a wine estate in March 2019 and did our first harvest last September. We moved to Bugey in the spring of 2019 (Savoie border) and it was to our great joy!
The vines are in one piece, between 400 and 500 m altitude exposed to the surroundings. South East; the grape varieties present are chardonnay, pinot noir, and a little mondeuse and a plantation of altesse à agrave; Summer made this spring. We cultivate 4.5 Ha in organic farming (in conversion) and we have a natural vision of wine and its vinification.
So no oelig;nological inputs, filtration or fining, less handling of juices and wines. The same goes for sulfur, we only add as much as possible. bottling and only if we deem it necessary, which is quite rarely.
The vines are worked mechanized for the passage of intervines and treatments. But above all, lots and lots of time on each foot. the hand. We want to experiment on an agroforestry plot.
The harvest is done manually, in 14 kg boxes. We are very enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about wines, we have 10 years of experience behind us in various areas (Jura, Pic St Loup, Côte du rhône, Cornas ....).
We have just bottled our wines for the estate. For us, wine is the expression of a juice from a grape variety and a vintage, full of flavor. local ingredients and the energy of the winegrowers! These three aspects are essential for us and must be included in the bottle.
