After several years spent working at the Estézargues cooperative cellar, I wanted to work the land. Many of my friends had already tried the adventure… Not being of agricultural origin, it was necessary to create everything. Loïc Roure (Domaine du Possible) who had just moved to Lansac in "JAJAKISTAN", in the Pyrénées-Orientales, offered to welcome me to the cellar he had just acquired, a former cooperative cellar... All that remained was to find the vines, my choice fell on vines at altitude, rather north facing to promote freshness, fruit, and limit alcohol. The first visitors thought it was "Le Bout du Monde", hence the name of the Domaine! Today I work 7.7 hectares in three towns: 4 hectares in Lansac on Arènes Granitiques 2 hectares in Rasiguères on Schists 1.7 hectares in Cassagnes on Gneiss The harvest is done by hand, the vinification is the most natural possible, in carbonic maceration and at low temperature. The wines are not filtered. I vinify by terroir; a white cuvée (Brave Margot) and 5 red cuvées.

Après plusieurs années passées à travailler à la cave coopérative d’Estézargues, j’ai eu envie de travailler la terre. Beaucoup de mes amis avaient déjà tenté l’aventure… N’étant pas d’origine agricole, il fallait tout créer. Loïc Roure (Domaine du Possible) qui venait de s’installer à Lansac au "JAJAKISTAN", dans les Pyrénées-Orientales, m’a proposé de m’accueillir dans la cave qu’il venait d’acquérir, une ancienne cave coopérative… Il ne restait plus qu’à trouver les vignes, mon choix s’est porté sur des vignes en altitude, plutôt exposées Nord pour favoriser la fraîcheur, le fruit, et limiter l’alcool. Les premiers visiteurs ont trouvé que c’était « Le Bout du Monde », d'où le nom du Domaine! Je travaille aujourd'hui 7,7 hectares sur trois communes: 4 hectares à Lansac sur des Arènes Granitiques 2 hectares à Rasiguères sur des Schistes 1,7 hectares à cassagnes sur des Gneiss Les vendanges se font à la main, la vinification est la plus naturelle possible, en macération carbonique et à basse température. Les vins ne sont pas filtrés. Je vinifie par terroir; une cuvée de blanc (Brave Margot) et 5 cuvées de rouge.
