Lilian, viticulteur remet toujours en question son impact sur l’environnement.
En Mars 2020, ils décident d’officialiser leurs pratiques culturales et de convertir
l’exploitation en Agriculture Biologique.
Il faudra attendre 2021 pour voir naître les premières cuvées.

… 8ha de Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Rolle (plantation 2022), Merlot et Grenache Noir sur un terroir à majorité argilo-calcaire conduit dans le respect du sol, du terroir, de l’écosystème et de la maîtrise des rendements. Les vendanges se font exclusivement à la main.

collage. Les levures indigènes ont toute la place pour s’exprimer librement.

Une exploitation viticole familiale de 8 ha conduite en agriculture biologique et dans le respect des sols, du terroir et de l'écosystème, notamment avec le maintient des haies existantes et du couvert végétal. Le travail du sol est réduit au maximum avec un désherbage du rang à l'intercep (mécanique) et avec les brebis.
