As friends and owners of the domain (Dorka and Dori) we dreamed about a common love project near the lake Balaton - where both of us used to spend a lot of time. We bought this small vineyard together on the northeast part of the Szent György Hill in 2021. Dorka makes the wine and has a winery in the Tokaj Wine Region (Homoky Dorka Wines) and Dori lives half on the Hill and organizes wine events and manages a small wine shop (Borbolt a Völgyben) there. We have two varieties, zöldveltelini and olaszrizling on this small parcel (3000 m2) that we treat organically and harvest only by hand. Right after the harvest, we press the grapes in the neighboring village and then, we bring the juice to the Tokaj Region where Dorka has the cellar and every vessel and equipment for winemaking. The fermentation is spontaneous and we don't use additions and sulphur. The concept is that each year, we make a different wine from here. This was a pét-nat (Zöld n1) in the first year.
