The 7.5 hectare estate is located in the wine region of Haute-Savoie, on the shores of Lake Geneva, spread over 2 appellations: Crépy and Marin. We cultivate the Chasselas grape variety, leaving the appellations voluntarily to make quality wines appreciated and demanded by our demanding customers. Our Estate was completed by the planting of other grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Savagnin, Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, altesse and chenin, as well as the acquisition of a plot of Gamay. The harvest is done in several passes in order to collect the grapes at better maturity. The wine making is traditional, long and the aging in barrels, ovoid vats, amphorae and pyramid. The manual harvest is carried out with a demanding sorting in the vineyard and in the cellar on a vibrating sorting table. We voluntarily produce a low yield in order to offer our customers precise and balanced wines. Our old and damaged vines are plowed on horseback. After the harvest, our vines are entrusted to the sheep for the maintenance of the soil. Our vines are treated with medicinal plants harvested in the mountains and dried on the estate, as well as essential oils. We use the global calendar for most interventions on the vines, winemaking and bottling. Our new tanks are built by us by incorporating spring water from Thonon les Bains. Local gravel and chamonix sand, to be able to vinify on our terroir. All interventions on our vines and our wines are carried out with the utmost respect for biodynamics.
