Style bien marqué de Fanfan (nez et début de "mise en bouche") avec un poil d'oxydation. très bon au début mais s'efface vite, et devient très (trop?) léger. Un peu minéral. Nécessite d'être ouvert bien à l'avance et carafé. A voir dans 10ans :)
