Vino interessante...forse una bottiglia non basta per apprezzarne tutte le sfaccettature. Questa bottiglia stasera ha regalato tre fasi: una iniziale dove il vino risultava invitante al naso (fresco profumo di frutta selvatica) e poi dritto, acido, ruvido ma intrigante in bocca. La seconda fase l’ha visto mettersi al servizio di una grigliata di manzo e maiale, con grande generosità, grazie anche ad un tannino leggero che prendeva il posto dell’acidità iniziale e aiutava il palato a pulire il sapore della carne dal grasso in eccesso. In terza ed ultima battuta, la bottiglia ha lasciato che il tannino crescesse ulteriormente, insieme a note istantanee ma pungenti di mora e la sapidità della barbabietola rossa, tenendo su il vino e dandogli la lunghezza che, diversamente, una struttura invece scarna ed un frutto non cosi polposo, non gli avrebbero garantito. “Harvest Moon” di Neil Young e’ stato un altrettanto buon compagno di questa bottiglia, a cui il Magliocco Canino de l’Acino ha dalla sua accordato una bella complicità.
