Both from different regions, Marion d'Auvergne and Dimitri du Berry, our luck and our hearts took us to Menétru-le-Vignoble where we settled in a very old winegrower's house in 2019. Dimitri, passionate about wine and vines, completed a BTS Viti-Oeno in Beaune before working as a cultivation manager in several vineyards, from Berry to New Zealand. Marion, a nurse, subsequently stopped her work to train in equine traction with Jean-Louis Cannelle and bring animal energy to La Grange 476. Today we work on just under 4 ha of vines, which we converted to organic farming from day one. Located in the Côtes du Jura and Château-Chalon appellations, we grow Savagnin and Chardonnay for the whites and Poulsard and Pinot noir for the reds. The conversion of the estate to organic and biodynamic agriculture was done in a logical and ecological way to best support our vines, our grapes and its juice, in their most beautiful expressions. Working the soil on horseback therefore emerged naturally, with respect for the soil and the life it contains, as well as to promote the breed of draft horse from the Jura: the Comtois. Our horses, namely Soferino and Khir, bring us a sensitive approach to our plots: a link between animals, humans, and the earth. Through the respect we bring to our vines, it was essential to do so also in our wines, that is to say that they are as natural as possible, giving them time and tranquility. We work our wines by plot to allow the juices to express as closely as possible the multitude of micro-terroirs specific to the Jura. Aging times are extended to allow the wines to find their balance and purity. We seek to make wines that are good for body and mind. So cheers!

Originaires tous les deux de régions différentes, Marion d’Auvergne et Dimitri du Berry, notre chance et nos cœurs nous ont emmené jusqu’à Menétru-le-Vignoble où nous nous sommes installés dans une très ancienne maison vigneronne en 2019.
Dimitri, passionné par le vin et la vigne, a effectué un BTS Viti-Oeno à Beaune avant de travailler en tant que chef de culture dans plusieurs vignobles, en passant du Berry jusqu’à la Nouvelle-Zélande.
Marion, infirmière, a arrêté son travail par la suite, pour se former à la traction équine chez Jean-Louis Cannelle et apporter au sein de La Grange 476 l’énergie animale.
Nous travaillons aujourd’hui sur un peu moins de 4 ha de vignes, que nous avons converties à l’agriculture biologique dès le premier jour. Situées en appellation Côtes du Jura et Château-Chalon nous cultivons Savagnin et Chardonnay pour les blancs et Poulsard et Pinot noir pour les rouges.
La conversion du domaine à l’agriculture biologique et biodynamique s’est faite de manière logique et écologique pour accompagner au mieux nos vignes, nos raisins et son jus, dans leurs plus belles expressions.
Le travail du sol à cheval s’est donc imposé de façon naturelle, dans un respect du sol et de la vie qu’il contient, ainsi que de valoriser la race de cheval de trait du Jura : le Comtois. Nos chevaux, à savoir
Soferino et Khir, nous apporte une approche sensible de nos parcelles : un lien entre l’animal, l’Homme, et la terre.
Par le respect que nous apportons à nos vignes, il était primordial de le faire aussi dans nos vins, c’est-à-dire qu’ils soient le plus naturels possibles, en leur laissant du temps et de la tranquillité.
Nous travaillons nos vins par parcelles pour laisser les jus exprimaient au plus près la multitude de micro-terroirs propres au Jura. Les temps d’élevage sont allongés pour permettre aux vins de trouver leur équilibre et leur pureté.
Nous cherchons à faire des vins qui soient bons pour le corps et l’esprit.
