Our roots are and will always remain in Longera, where our family has lived for generations. It all started from our home, where we have always had vineyards, gardens and bees. Today we manage 3 hectares of land as a family, producing honey and wine. We live a life of passion, spent celebrating and listening to nature. We produce 7 wines, emphasizing indigenous varieties. It is no coincidence that we placed the hives among the vineyards, they tell of our production philosophy: bees are indicators of a healthy environment, where nature dictates the rhythms and indicates the way. It is a working philosophy that I inherited from my father and grandfather: harvest by hand, fermentation in open vats, maceration on the skins for 3 - 4 days, unselected natural yeasts and maturation in the 300-year-old family cellar. Each vintage expresses the true nature of the wine, it tells a story written by nature itself.
