Didier Barral, the 13th generation of winegrowers, has been living in the family farm in Lanthéric since 1990. He was very quickly sensitive to biodynamics and bio-diversity. The estate is vast, 35 hectares, Didier must find solutions to naturally fertilize his soils, grass cover, etc ... And the all-in-one solution is called the cow, a herd of Jersiases cows (an Anglo breed -Normande) grazes there from October to April. The cow is the other great passion of Didier, he devotes a lot of time to it .... On the cellar side: the vinifications are sulfur-free, little interventionist. The natural cellar, without concrete or cement, dug into the hillside in the shale, promotes temperature stability.
