Love for Gambellara, a small town at the foot of the Lessini Mountains. The desire to make it known in the world through quality and recognizable wines. The need to bring the earth back to the center by listening to it, respecting its times, taking care of it, reaping the purest fruits. A volcanic territory. The soils of Gambellara are rich in black basalts of volcanic origin, which give the wines great elegance and freshness. A small extinct volcano is located not far from the center of Gambellara and just 500 meters away from my cellar, within a green park with a natural amphitheater from which various paths lead through the woods. The hands. In the past those of my grandfather Rinaldo, the first to collect the golden bunches of Garganega in the locality of Brovia, in the vineyards bordered by white and dusty roads. Then those of my father Gian Domenico, who chooses to personally vinify the family grapes. Finally my hands. Following in the precious footsteps of those who took care of this land, I decided to reduce grape yields per hectare. I abandoned conventional agriculture, I embraced nature in a complete way, I started a path that is renewed day after day. Like nature.
