An agronomist by training, my profession as a winegrower is one of passion. My objectives are to produce a qualitative wine without oenological inputs for the pleasure of my consumers. My vineyard has an area of approximately 10ha. In the vineyard, I do not use any chemicals, I cultivate the grapes organically (Organic estate since 1998 but abandoned from 2015 to 2019 - I had to request a conversion again, I am in C2)). I work with essential oils and algae. The harvest is manual in 8.5g crates. In the cellar, the grapes are worked with care and gentleness. It is destemmed, put in vats (concrete, fiber or stainless steel), ferments naturally without adding yeast. No oenological input is added to the wine. I want to keep the aromatic and all the characteristics of my terroir. Sometimes before bottling, we add 2gr of SO2 / HL so that the wine travels better.
