The land I bought was moorland and wasteland, so plots to develop, terrace and then plant. A small plot of Chardonnay from 1976 is the only plot I recovered in production (it is found in the Magaline cuvée).
In 2018, planting of a plot of Grenache Noir, trained in goblets.
In 2019, planting of a plot of Counoise N and Mourvedre N.
First vinification in 2017 of Chardonnay, then 2021 of Grenache (Edmond vintage) and in 2022 Counoise N and Mourvedre N in blend (Seraphine vintages).
IN 2021 I joined the SAINS Wines association and I am still there today.
