Micro Domaine, Micro Parcelle, Micro Cuvée, perhaps the smallest estate in France... since 2020. Arid land at an altitude of 160m in the middle of scrubland located in Murviel lès Béziers in the St Chinian appellation. Plot dotted with trees and grassy. 23 acres of biodiversity and 17-year-old Syrah on sandy-clay soil. In the vineyard there is agroforestry, grass cover, physiological pruning, disbudding, herbal teas and manure, sulfur and copper. The soil is lightly worked with a tractor for fall sowing. The grapes are harvested in boxes, in the cellar it is fermented with native yeasts seeded with a sulphated stock. So still a little sulfur but really not much and often nothing and then pretty grapes, attention, sweetness.
