La Ginestra (ex Domaine di Coccirotti)
We are a multifunctional farm made up of 8 working members. Organic since 1989. The wine has been natural since 2012. We raise a few pigs and cows that graze on our fallow fields. The other fields are cultivated with ancient grains, legumes and alfalfa. We also raise bees from which we obtain honey, pollen, wax and propolis. We cultivate about 8 hectares of vineyards. Our cows fertilize the fields where our grains grow, which are used (after bread and pasta) also in green manure for the vineyards. We also cultivate a small vegetable garden with cbd hemp and vegetables. We also have a refreshment point with overnight stays.
