Damien Coquelet is the son of the companion of Georges Descombes. In contact with the latter, he learned throughout his childhood the secrets to developing delicious Beaujolais wines. He launched his domain in 2007 at the age of only twenty and implemented the same production philosophy as his stepfather (organic farming, fermentation with natural yeasts, rejection of all chemicals during winemaking).
