After multiple professional lives, retraining with a BPREA PPAM in 2010. So I settle in medicinal plants that I keep as an activity for 9 years. The opportunity in 2014 to resume following a retirement, 3.5 ha of superb vines very well preserved make me take the direction of the grape. I start by selling my grapes for 3 years to Antonin AZZONI "Raisin et l'ange" whom I already knew well. Since 2017 I make a little wine and every year I double the number of bottles. This year I am undertaking work in my cellar, allowing me these next harvests to vinify all my grapes and have 10 to 15,000 bottles to offer. I am therefore in a 100% pure juice approach with no use of chemicals, sulphites, collages, filters or other outrages... I was certified from my first years of AB agriculture and this for all my productions. My knowledge of medicinal plants allows me to use herbal teas or manure, nettle, comfrey, horsetail, but I don't use much for the moment. preparations and the philosophy of biodynamics. I live with my wife and my 2 children in the heart of the Ardèche, and my estate is called: "Un Brin Libre"

L'occasion en 2014 de reprendre suite à une retraite, 3,5 ha de superbes vignes très bien préservés me font prendre la direction du raisin.
Je commence par vendre 3ans mes raisins à Antonin AZZONI "Raisin et l'ange" que je connaissais déjà bien.
Depuis 2017 je fais un peu de vin et chaque année, je double le nombre de bouteilles.
J'entreprends cette année des travaux dans ma cave, me permettant ces prochaines vendanges de vinifier tout mes raisins et avoir 10à 15000
bouteilles à proposer.
Je suis donc dans une démarche 100% pur jus avec aucune utilisation de chimie, sulfites, collages, filtrages ou autres outrages...
J'ai été certifié dès mes 1eres années d'agriculture AB et cela pour toutes mes productions.
Ma connaissance de plantes médicinales, me permet d'utiliser des tisanes ou purin ortie consoude prêle, mais utilise peu pour l'instant les
préparas et la philosophie de la biodynamie.
Je vie avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants au cœur de l'Ardèche, et mon domaine s'appelle: "Un Brin Libre"
