Since we were children we have been linked to viticulture through our parents and grandparents. We are in the region of La Mancha and observing the industrialization that was taking place in the vineyard, we decided to take care of the vineyards of our relatives.
In the vineyard we try to preserve traditional tasks based on knowledge of the soil, the climate and each plot. We do not apply chemical treatments in any case, we prefer to invest time in prevention through cultural management of the vine.
In the elaboration of our wines we use no type of additive, only grapes. No correction is made, we produce just as we harvest the grapes. We do not apply filtering or clarification treatments, we let the course of winter clean the wines with the cold and we bottle in spring.
