We produce unique wines which, with patience, transcend the ordinary to create, over the years, sensitive wines which tell the unique story of the Valais terroir and climate.
Our wines stand out for their deep philosophy of respect for the product and the earth.
Each plot is pampered, each vine stock is listened to.
Although without certifications, our vines have been worked without synthetic products since the 2000s and sensitive vinification is carried out without filtration or oenological inputs. with the exception of So2 when necessary.
It’s a commitment to nature that translates into every sip, an ode to nature. the land that reveals itself in the richness of our vintages.
We refuse to be limited by conventions, it is necessary to let the terroir and the essence of the fruit speak.
Each vintage is a free and lively score where the flavors, aromas and nuances that emerge naturally from the vine combine harmoniously.
