We produce at 350 meters above sea level, surrounded by woods and inspired by permaculture: - Honey, mead and bee products - Stone ground grains with which we make flour and dry pasta - Dried aromatic herbs, lavender essential oil - Jams and compotes - Unfiltered or clarified natural wine: Barbera, flat and sparkling Pignoletto - Old wheat country beer No certification but organic method applied in the vineyard and natural method in the cellar. Vineyard area 1.5 Ha in total - 3500 bottles / year We use copper sulphate, sulfur and pyrethrum according to Italian organic criteria. Grapes harvested by hand in small 20 kg crates. Even the winter and summer pruning is done by hand and the grass in the row is cut with a tractor. We sow melliferous flowers between the rows.
