The vineyards are in Fuentelcésped and Peñaranda de Duero. I work 1.8 ha and buy certified organic grapes. I work the soil with a small tractor. I use biodynamic preparations (mainly 500P) and plant preparations (nettle, yarrow, etc.) to prevent diseases and sheep manure to fertilize. In the cellar the fermentations are spontaneous. I look for wines without makeup, with their mistakes and successes, that show where they come from; elaborated in a non-interventionist way but with a reflection behind. I look for four characteristics in them: minerality, acidity, elegance and austerity. Honest and worked wines.
