I created the estate in 2008, with the help and support of Steve my husband. The installation was done in two stages: -In 2008 the acquisition of a vineyard plot in "Les Combes" in Passenans by La Foncière Terre de Liens marks the beginning of the adventure. Total area of the estate on this date 1ha 44. At that time, I am working on other wine estates in parallel with my installation. -In 2010 it was the main installation on a total area of 3ha 65 located in the villages of Passenans and Frontenay. The cellar is in the center of the village of Passenans. I work the vines according to the specifications of organic farming and have used biodynamic preparations since the creation of the domain. I work the soil mechanically using a small track that also performs the treatments. I distribute the compost with my Octavia mare who will in the future learn tillage. All other work in the vineyard is done manually. If I had to summarize my vision of agriculture then I would borrow the sentence of Saint-Exupéry which says: “The land does not belong to us; it is loaned to us by our children. " It is therefore important to accompany the earth in a respectful manner so as not to leave traces of our passage.

J’ai créé le domaine en 2008, avec l’aide et le soutien de Steve mon mari.

L’installation s’est faite en deux temps :
-En 2008 l’acquisition d’une parcelle de vigne dans « Les Combes » à Passenans par La Foncière Terre de Liens marque le début de l’aventure. Surface total du domaine à cette date 1ha 44.
A ce moment-là, je travaille sur d’autres domaines viticoles en parallèle de mon installation.
-En 2010 c’est l’installation à titre principal sur une surface totale de 3ha 65 situé sur les villages de Passenans et Frontenay. Le cave quant à elle se trouve au centre du village de Passenans.

Je travaille les vignes selon le cahier des charges de l’agriculture biologique et emploie les préparations biodynamiques depuis la création du domaine.
Je travaille les sols mécaniquement à l’aide d’une petite chenille qui réalise également les traitements. Je distribue le compost avec ma jument Octavia qui à l’avenir apprendra le travail du sol.
Tous les autres travaux de la vigne se font manuellement.

Si je devais résumer ma vision de l’agriculture alors j’emprunterais la phrase de Saint-Exupéry qui dit :
« La terre ne nous appartient pas ; elle nous est prêtée par nos enfants. »
Il est donc important d’accompagner la terre de manière respectueuse afin de ne pas laisser de traces de notre passage.
