At the foot of the Luberon, in a rural town of 130 inhabitants, we have been working in organic farming for 40 years with the family for a natural balance, with production on a human scale, for a preserved art of living. Our estate today brings together in a single island of 12 ha, the buildings, the vines and a large wood which ensures the oxygenation and biodiversity of the site. The vineyard work is carried out on the tractor with a minimum of intervention and treatment (horsetail and nettle manure, sometimes Bordeaux mixture and sulfur). The yields are between 15 and 20 hl / ha. The grapes are all picked at good maturity, by hand in small cases and transported to the cellar. There they are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in tanks of 10 to 30 hl, maceration for approximately 3 weeks. Vinification takes place naturally without any product or contribution. The aging takes place in vats or in oak barrels for 6 months to 2 years in our cellars. The bottling is done on site by us. In the cellar, we can explain our work and have our wines tasted by making our visitors discover passion and respect for nature. On the farm we have, for 10 years, 2 gîtes de France which benefit from the calm and the conviviality of the domain in a preserved setting. The fauna, flora and landscapes of the Luberon are available to those who walk on the 12 ha of vines and woods that surround it. Member of Nature & Progrès for 40 years (Abolition of the AB label in 2016 because the specifications have become too lax.) - 10 years of natural vinification and member of Vins S.A.I.N.S. since 2018.

Au pied du Luberon, dans une commune rurale de 130 habitants, nous œuvrons en agriculture biologique depuis 40 ans en famille pour un équilibre naturel, avec une production à taille humaine, pour un art de vie préservé.

Notre domaine regroupe aujourd’hui en un seul îlot de 12 ha, les bâtiments, les vignes et un grand bois qui assure l’oxygénation et biodiversité du site. Les travaux de la vigne sont réalisés au tracteur avec un minium d’intervention et de traitement (purin de prêle et ortie, parfois bouillie bordelaise et souffre). Les rendements sont entre 15 et 20 hl/ha.

Les raisins tous sont ramassés à bonne maturité, à la main en petites caisses et transportés à la cave. Là, ils sont égrappés et foulés. Les fermentations se font en cuve de 10 à 30 hl, en macération pendant environ 3 semaines. La vinification se déroule naturellement sans aucun produit ou apport. L’élevage se fait en cuve ou en barriques de chêne pendant 6 mois à 2 ans dans nos caves. L’embouteillage se fait sur place par nos soins.

A la cave, nous pouvons expliquer notre travail et faire déguster nos vins en faisant découvrir à nos visiteurs la passion et le respect de la nature.

Sur l’exploitation nous avons, depuis 10 ans, 2 gîtes de France qui bénéficient du calme et de la convivialité du domaine dans un cadre préservé. La faune, la flore et les paysages du Luberon, s’offrent  à celui qui se promène sur les 12 ha de vignes et de bois qui l’entoure.

Adhérent à Nature & Progrès depuis 40 ans (Arrêt du label AB en 2016 car le cahier des charges est devenu trop laxiste.) - 10 ans de vinification naturelle et membre des Vins S.A.I.N.S. depuis 2018.
